Jeff Neuville joined the Manufacturing Solutions Center in June 2022 as Director, where he oversees a staff of 26 people dedicated to supporting US manufacturing and creating and retaining US jobs. The Manufacturing Solutions Center assists US manufacturers with product development and prototyping services, hosts an on-site business incubator, and has an ISO accredited testing lab.
Prior to joining the Manufacturing Solutions Center, Jeff served as Director of Catawba Valley Community College’s Small Business Center, part of the state’s Small Business Center Network. In this role Jeff worked with start-ups and small businesses, assisting with the creation of over 100 start-up businesses and helping to create and retain over 600 jobs. In 2021 Jeff was recognized as the state’s Small Business Center Network Director of the Year.
Jeff spent much of his business career working in his family’s hosiery manufacturing business, working in Marketing, Operations and serving as CEO.
Jeff earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his MBA from the University of Maryland. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hickory Soup Kitchen. He also hosts a monthly podcast, “The Entrepreneur Exchange” which discusses entrepreneurship and start-ups.
