Conference Registration
The conference registration is $649; the Conference, Sunday reception, breakfasts, Monday lunch, and associated taxes/tips are included. Refunds are subject to a $75 registration fee. An additional $199 is required for those wishing to bring their spouse (to cover meals). For students, the conference registration fee is $299.
Hotel Registration Is Separate
The STRC will be held at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach from May 17-19, 2026. The nightly rate is $270 per night plus taxes (this includes the daily resort fees of $25 per room). All reservations must be made before April 16, 2026. Valet Parking is $20.00 per day. For those wishing to arrive a day early on 5/16/2026, the STRC room rate of $270 per night is offered for a small room block.

Please note and observe the following conference guidelines
- Entertaining is not permitted.
- All conference delegates are expected to attend all technical sessions and the gatherings on both Sunday and Monday Evenings.
- Attendance is encouraged at the opening reception.
- Attire for all conference activities is casual.
