The 2018 Southern Textile Research Conference (STRC) is rapidly approaching! The Conference Theme is “Advances in Functional Finishes and Innovative Technologies”. The Planning Committee has been working hard to fill the slate with exceptional speakers. We are excited to announce that our Keynote Speaker will be Will Duncan, Executive Director for SEAMS, and he will talk about their organization and initiatives to revitalize sewn products in the USA and this hemisphere and trends in global sewn products manufacturing.

We are excited to say that the STRC agenda is nearly filled. APJeT, Inc. will review their latest information on atmospheric plasma technology. Baldwin will discuss their Precision Application Technology for applying dyes and finishes using spray. Terry McInerney, President of INCA Technology will discuss thermal regulation technology.
